The first twelve weeks after giving birth, often referred to as the 4th trimester, is a phase that deserves intentional consideration. Having support during these early weeks allows you to thrive in the sacred 3 months after birth. So often the focus during this time is on your baby, but I find it very important to also focus on you. Healing, resting and navigating this transition requires support, therefore I will intentionally focus on helping you find ways to prioritize your needs. 

The Light Package - $30/hour
Virtual sessions

This virtual offering is designed to support you from afar and will consist of customized meal planning with recipes to help nourish your body, sharing resources specific to your needs, and time to process the range of emotions you might experience as you navigate the transition into postpartum.

The Gradient Package - $40/hour
In person daytime visits

During these visits I will help you with newborn care and feeding guidance, prepare a snack/drink, do some light housekeeping like dishes and laundry, and provide you with community resources. I’ll help facilitate time for your self care and offer emotional support as you navigate the transition into postpartum.

The Moody Package - $50/hour
In person daytime visits with a focus on cooking

These visits allow me to create a custom meal plan, shop for your groceries and cook nourishing meals in your home. These meals are intended to replenish your body and will be customized to your cravings. During these visits I will also support you with newborn care and feeding, do some light housekeeping and share community resources.
