After working in the restaurant and service industry for over 10 years, I’ve learned to deeply appreciate the importance of food that nourishes and satiates. I follow a very intuitive philosophy when it comes to food, listening and responding to the cravings and cues of your body with delicious dishes that soothe and fuel.

Moody Food might look like creating a meal plan that will compliment your cycle, recipes for pregnancy, or preparing meals that nourish you postpartum. I also offer placenta encapsulation, which helps with milk production and replenishes the body with important nutrients after giving birth, and can decrease PPMD.

I cook seasonally, utilize local ingredients and can easily accommodate food allergies or preferences.
